We are seeking an Operations Assistant Intern with a keen interest in business operations and strong analytical skills to improve efficiency and support our activities in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Description

• Work with the Operations Manager to manage daily operational tasks of business operations assigned to you-including staffing and training, productivity and efficiency and customer interactions.
• Work with the Operations Manager to conduct regular oversight on various operations, drafting routine reports on such oversight for progress of business.
• Working with the Operations Manager to coach and organize regular training for employees/team members
• Work with Operations Manager to monitor, evaluate and report on operational activities in various areas of the Business.
• Handle routine tasks and solve customer problems as need may arise
• Any other related task that may be assigned to you.

Requirements

• Holds a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (graduated within the past two years).
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and customer interactions.
• Problem-solving skills to handle routine challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in business operations, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
